Imperial are an independent firm of validation experts offering insurers a variety of services. Our process ensures that the maximum number of claims are of a short life cycle nature, thereby reducing claims handling costs.
We pride ourselves on being purpose built for task and our independence we will not compromise; as such we only invoice our insurer clients on a fixed fee basis irrespective of the outcome of any claim.
Some of our competitors charge a management fee and also retain a percentage of the contractors invoiced amount. Imperials role will always be impartial and independent.
This achieved by (briefly):
