Our arbitration service is provided for domestic and commercial property insurers, consumers, contractors and indeed any parties that wish/agree to resolve disputes via a specialist impartial body. In many cases our specialist knowledge and expertise facilitates immediate settlement/agreement between the parties.

• Review case details.
• Arrange a mutually convenient appointment with all interested parties.
• Inspect damage/repairs and discuss with all parties individually and collectively (as appropriate). Obtain signed statements where necessary.
• Negotiate settlements/agreement between all parties and report back to the client with supporting evidence (when instructed on a delegated authority basis), or: Report back to the client with signed statements and settlement advice supported by photographic evidence where possible.
